Meet the Staff

	Harlene Ybarra is our Chandler Office Manager and with 31 years in the dental field, she's responsible for maintaining all aspects of the business side of dentistry. She also helps to create synergy between the front and back office. We'd be lost without her! Harlene is a Valley native who enjoys traveling, karaoke, and spending time with girlfriends. When Harlene isn't in Chandler, you can be sure she's escaping the desert heat at her mother's mountain home in Heber!

	Donna Dedon is our Chandler Chairside Assistant and she's basically the right hand to both of the dentists! She runs a tight ship in the back, but does so with the TLC she's perfected over the past 20 years in dentistry. We have patients who instantly feel relaxed when she walks into the room and "gloves-up"! In her down time, Donna takes ocean cruises with her husband, visits her home state of New York and dotes on her grandchildren.

	Brenda Embry, a graduate of Indiana University, has been a Dental Hygienist for over 30 years and has practiced not only in Chandler, but Indiana and North Carolina as well! That shows you how much she loves what she does! Her loyal patients always get up from her chair with a huge (and clean) smile! When Brenda's not scaling/polishing, educating or flossing, you can find her baking delicious and elaborate cakes, spoiling her family in Indiana and skiing with her daughter.


	Janessa Rens is our Chandler Scheduling and Marketing Coordinator and with almost 9 years of experience, she controls the "flow" between appointments and develops new ways to introduce the community to our AWESOME office. Janessa came to us from the cool mountains of Prescott, Arizona and when she's not networking or bragging about our practice, you can find her traveling with her friends, scoping-out Thai restaurants, and rooting for Ohio State Football. O-H! I-O!

	Ann Benson is a dedicated Dental Hygienist who's been passionate about her profession for almost 20 years. She prides herself in continuing education, patient comfort and incredible results in the area of periodontal (gum) health. Ann has been blessed with three beautiful children who often drop-in here in Chandler to brighten our day with their mom-approved smiles! On weekends, she can be found volunteering for her children's school, baking or loyally cheering for her alma mater, the Iowa University Hawkeyes.
